Quatt is an Amsterdam based scale-up specializing in smart hybrid heat pumps. Since inception in 2021, Quatt has secured a market leading position in the Dutch hybrid heat pump market, installing over 9,000 smart hybrid heat pumps throughout the Netherlands.
The Series A financing will be used to accelerate the development of its product portfolio, including the ‘Hybrid’, ‘All-Electric’ and ‘Chill’ as well as for cross-border growth.
The funding was led by Blue Earth Capital ($1bn+ fund), with Seaya Andromeda (€300m+ fund) and Impact Equity completing the ticket.

The shipyard provides various services for seagoing and inland vessels up to a length of 162 meters, including repair, conversion, outfitting and new construction. The facilities (including two dry docks and a slipway) are fully equipped to perform work above AND below the waterline.
Chestnut assisted and advised (both strategically and financially) HHSW in realizing an asset/liability transaction, resulting in the sale of HHSW to Norden Shipyard, part of Hicri Ercili, a major player in the shipping market.

The €8.0m Seed round was led by Gradient Ventures, Google’s AI-focused venture fund, with participation from existing investors LocalGlobe and Entrée Capital.
